A seasoned professional in the coffee industry, Sitaram heads our Training & Education and Events & Workshops. From barista to coffee roaster, quality control expert, and educator since 2016, Sitaram’s diverse roles reflect his wealth of expertise. AST/Q Arabica Grader, Certified SCA Trainer

Mastering roasting, sensory analysis, brewing, and barista skills, Sitaram is currently immersed in coffee education. Specializing in teaching the intricacies of roasting, sensory evaluation, brewing techniques, and the art of being a skilled barista, he passionately imparts his knowledge.

Beyond refining his own skills, Sitaram plays a pivotal role in developing and conducting training programs across diverse environments. His dedication to advancing coffee culture through education speaks volumes about both his expertise and genuine love for the world of coffee.
